After Match Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your After Match pieces!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for different sizes or products, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, email us at aftermatchapparel@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

  • We’ll make it right — either a replacement or full refund.

How to Return

  1. Email us at aftermatchapparel@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions.

  3. Send your item back in its original packaging.
